Community Expansion Announcement

We’re excited to share that My Movement Medicine CIC is entering a new stage of growth.

Over the past two years, our community-based cardiac rehabilitation service in Hampstead has continued to grow, with consistently full weekly classes and increasing referrals from hospitals and GPs across London.

To meet this demand and support even more people after their cardiac rehab programmes, we have recently applied for two major national grants. If successful, this funding will help us:

• Launch a second Phase 4 cardiac rehab site in Paddington, expanding our reach across North and Central London.

• Strengthen our hybrid model, with improved access to online cardiac rehabilitation, live-streamed classes, and recordings for those who cannot attend in person.

• Build a wider community offer, including support groups, community walks, and specialist classes.

While we await the outcome, we remain committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, accessible cardiac rehabilitation for all.
