We’re excited to introduce a brand-new service to the My Movement Medicine community: specialist 1:1 dietetic consultations with Helena Davies, a highly experienced Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Specialist Dietitian.
From June 2025, Helena will be offering personalised nutrition and lifestyle support to help you take meaningful steps toward better heart health. Whether you're managing high blood pressure, recovering from a cardiac event, or looking for support to improve your eating habits, Helena brings the expertise, empathy, and tools to help you move forward with confidence.
Meet Helena Davies
Helena brings over four years of experience in NHS services, including developing a dietetic heart failure rehabilitation programmes and developing accessible group education for people living with high cholesterol and dyslipidaemia.
She is:
Secretary of the British Dietetic Association’s Specialist Cardiovascular Group
Co-Author of the Heart Failure Management chapter for the BDA
A national presenter at BACPR and BDA conferences
APT-accredited in Motivational Interviewing — a compassionate, research-backed approach to behaviour change
