Session Recording – 30th March 2026 20 station circuit. Beginner to advance options - adaptable to seated exercise. Welcome to your My Movement Medicine session recording from 11 March 2026. This session is designed to help you move safely, build strength, improve confidence, and support your overall health. Please remember to exercise at your own pace, take rests when needed, and stop straight away if you feel unwell. Keep some water nearby, have a stable chair or support if helpful, and make sure you have enough space around you to move safely. Aim to work at a comfortable to moderate level using the Borg 6–20 scale, unless you have been advised otherwise. For many people, this will feel around 9–13. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, palpitations, or feel unwell, stop exercising immediately. In an emergency, call 999. I hope you enjoy the session.
