October marks one year since My Movement Medicine became a Community Interest Company. This month brings an expanded five-session Hampstead timetable, a launch party on the 12th of October and the next step towards a service shaped more directly by the people who use it.

As we reach the end of the year, I wanted to share a short update and thank you for being part of My Movement Medicine.
