Motivation #2: Get out and about!

Aim to get out and about this week everyone!


There's always good things to see wherever you go and getting the steps in will have lots of positive effects on your body.


So whether you're taking it easy, hitting the gym, going to an exercise class, going on a hike, going on a walk, or all of the above, always remember: movement is medicine and try not to sit still for too long 🤸‍♂️


Also, going to see lavely places like this is absolutely free so if things are a bit tight at the moment it can be a good way to keep costs down, if not this weekend, organize it for the next 🤑
