Finding physical activities that are comfortable, convenient, and most importantly enjoyable is a crucial part of any exercise routine.

Everyone's different, so finding the correct activity for you may differ to the people around you but there are so many options out there.

Its worth trying out a few activities before building them into a routine and the more of a mix you have the better. Its important that with any physical activity that it is moderate or high intensity meaning that your heart rate & breathing rate becomes elevated for a sustained period of time.

For some people their weekly activities might include a long brisk walk around the local park. For others, yoga sessions may be a key part of their weekly routine. And for others, playing their favourite sport with their friends each week might be the answer. The options we have are endless and trying a new activity may just be the answer for you.

So have a look on the web and look out for local activities that might interest you and go along with a friend or family member to give it a try.
