Christmas & New Year 2024 Schedule

Thanks for all the support & commitment to the sessions over the course of this year & as a little heads up, here is the schedule for the Christmas & New Year period so you can get it in your diaries:

Final session of 2024: Monday the 16th December at 5:30pm (with a surprise visit from a very special guest)

First session back in 2025: Monday the 6th of January at 5:30pm

To make that first session back that little bit easier, keep moving, limit any sedentary activity, & try not to eat too many mince pies!

I am thinking of scheduling some online sessions in over the festive period, so do let me know if you'd like to participate in these.

Big plans for 2025 so we shall see what happens next!
