Christmas Break Schedule, End-of-Year Update & A Peek at What’s Coming in 2026

As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to share a quick update about our Christmas break and say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s been part of My Movement Medicine throughout 2025.

Our final session before the holidays will be on Wednesday 17th December. We’ll then be taking a two-week break over Christmas and New Year, giving everyone some well-earned time to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.

Sessions will resume on Monday 5th January, and I’m really looking forward to starting 2026 strong with you all.

This year has been full of progress, new faces, returning clients, and countless moments of hard work, encouragement, and community spirit. Whether you joined online, attended in person, or simply kept showing up for yourself each week—you’ve helped make this service what it is.

During the break, feel free to revisit any of the session recordings and explore the free health guides on the website if you’d like to keep active. And of course, please enjoy some downtime too—you absolutely deserve it.

In January, I’ll also be introducing a few new additions to the My Movement Medicine schedule.

I won’t spoil everything just yet, but expect:

  • A small expansion of weekly group sessions

  • A new option to support those wanting a deeper level of guidance

  • And a fresh way to connect with others in the community outside of sessions

More details will be revealed in early January—so keep an eye out!

Wishing you all a warm, restful, and joyful Christmas. Thank you for being part of My Movement Medicine, and I can’t wait to see you back in the new year.

Jamie
