Get outside and get moving!
You'll feel all the better for it and people often find their energy levels actually increase once they've exerted themselves a bit / a lot. Even something as simple as a short walk around the block to stretch your legs can have a good, positive effect. Gwaarrnnn, make the most of your local environment and have a lil wander ✌️
