Safe, friendly, and evidence-based sessions designed for people rebuilding fitness after a cardiac event (and anyone who wants heart-focussed training). Led by Clinical Exercise Physiologist Jamie Pickett, our small-group classes blend low-impact cardio, strength, balance, mobility, and breathing work—with clear progressions and modifications for every level. We monitor intensity (including optional Polar heart-rate tracking), prioritise longer warm-ups and cool-downs, and coach technique so you feel confident, not rushed. Join us in London or online via Zoom (hybrid options available), with supportive coaching, great music, and a community that keeps you motivated. One-to-one sessions are also available for tailored support.
