Earn a free session & momentum points! A free, inclusive movement challenge made up of 12 short activity snacks to help you stay active, confident, and consistent over the festive period. This programme is suitable for people with heart conditions, long-term conditions, injuries, and anyone wanting to keep moving in a safe, manageable way. All activities include adaptations. Move at your own pace. Rest whenever needed. How the programme works: 12 short movement sessions (“moves”) Walking every other move Indoor movement on the days in between No session longer than 10 minutes (unless you choose a bonus) A short reflection question at the end of every move Walking guideline: Up to 10 minutes walking OR up to 6,000 steps across the day Comfortable pace where you can still talk Indoor sessions: 5–10 minutes Simple, effective movements Chair and standing options included
