Our cardiac rehabilitation exercise sessions are offered both face-to-face and online, these one-hour classes follow national cardiac rehab guidelines, helping you develop cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, and endurance—all while preventing cardiovascular disease. Each session combines multiple disciplines, including yoga, tai chi, cardiovascular exercises, and weighted activities, designed to build functional movement patterns and teach correct technique. We also integrate education on health-related topics, empowering you to take control of your well-being. With gold-standard Polar heart rate monitoring and the best music playlists known to mankind, these sessions are both scientifically backed and incredibly fun. Cancellation Policy
Arrival: Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the session (e.g., 5:00 PM for a 5:30 PM start) to check in and prepare. Booking: Advance booking is recommended. If you’re not booked in, a spot isn’t guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice via the online booking system or email. With less than 24 hours’ notice, we may not be able to offer a reschedule. Late Arrival: If you arrive late, joining is at the instructor’s discretion for safety reasons. Health & Safety: Before attending, complete all required forms. Inform us of any changes to your medical condition before exercise—via the online booking form, by email, or by speaking to the instructor prior to the session. Waitlist: If a session is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available. By booking, you confirm you’ve read and accept this policy.
